Other March Highlights

I just thought these pictures were too goofy to not share.  Jeff won box seats through work, and it was a fun mid-week trip downtown for Mel & him.

Happy 7th Birthday!



Melanie turned 7 on March 3!  We had her birthday party the evening of March 1, but we had a big snowstorm that day, which prohibited the Doans (including Julie & Molly) from joining, and only one other friend couldn't make it.  The rest of the guests arrived safely to Greek's Pizza in downtown Zionsville.  The celebration continued on Tuesday the 3rd, and Melanie finally got to blow out "real" birthday candles on the 4th when my friends arrived with cupcakes and candles.  The biggest moment of her birthday was when she lost her first tooth since March 2014 just as we sat down to birthday lunch at school.  Exciting times!

I didn't get a good "summary" picture of her birthday party - but I got individual pictures of her with almost all of her party guests.  I decided to go with one of our two favorite party guests.
