Mel's brackets - the reasons for her choices

 

·        Wisconsin sounds like “Miss Compton” (her kindergarten teacher)

·        Her cousin Molly (her BFF) lives in West Lafayette (cue the U of Lafayette-Louisiana)

·        She has St. Joseph winning the tournament (Joey)

·        Jeff was born in Oregon, she’s been to FL and NC, and she’s going to St. Louis for spring break (has been there before).  She also liked Ohio teams because she’s been there twice.

·        Her friend Alexa’s mom went to Arizona for a vacation a few months ago

·        SF-Austin because of her new friend Austin Galm, featured in previous posts - the IU student involved in IU Dance Marathon for Riley patients
